The Committed To Change Foundation was founded by Odette Boyd, Ph.D. The mission of this organization is to bring about change by empowering the less fortunate individuals who are in need of a positive change. Our mission is to provide an all-inclusive program of rehabilitation, education, housing, childcare, and the chance to receive the startup cost for a new business upon completion of our apprenticeship program.
Our founder believes, "Change Is The Process That Leads To Your Purpose" (O.Boyd, 2016).
